If you are looking for someone to help you with the purchase or sale of a home, we would like to introduce and recommend you to Sally Showalter. Sally represented us as "buyers agent" about 10 years ago. And, most recently as "sellers agent." When we were looking for a second home we contacted Sally. She never tired of showing us available homes. And since most of the looking was remote and then "looking" in person, we could not have been easy to work with. Once we settled in on our perfect house, Sally worked with us to submit a fair price that was accepted. She set us up with a mortgage expert and about 30 days later we were moving in. When it was time to move on, and time to list our house, there was not the slightest hesitation, and we called Sally. Again, Sally advised us on the current market.
